Thank you for shopping at Gumption Coffee. Following are the terms and​ conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.Â

Shipment processing time:

The Shipping process will begin as soon as your order is ready. You can usually receive your order within 2 - 5 days of placing the order.Â
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.Â
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your shopping cart. The final cost will include shipping cost and payment will be collected with the purchase. Â
*Shipments over $30 will include free shipping.  Â
*Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Due to COVID-19, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in contact with us.
Shipment confirmation & order trackingÂ

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link. You are able to follow the progress of your package via updates from our delivery partner. Â

Delivery of the parcel
Once you order is confirmed it will be packaged and handed over to our delivery partners.
Our delivery partner will leave the parcel at the recipient’s designated address or as otherwise instructed by the recipient. Gumption Coffee or our delivery partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel in that case.
Our delivery partner will notify the recipient if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Our delivery partner shall perform a second and third attempt to deliver the relevant parcel. If the third attempt fails, the recipient will need to collected the parcel from the location designated by our delivery partner. If the parcel is not collected within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to Gumption Coffee. In this case, you will need to contact us at support@gumptioncoffee.com.
Delivery to P.O Boxes and military addresses are possible and you package will be sent via USPS.Â
DamagesÂ

Gumption Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we ask that you take a photo and contact us immediately to support@gumptioncoffee.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Parcels are insured for loss and / or damages up to the value that is stated by our delivery partner.
Returns and exchanges:
Online Purchases:
We are unable to accept return of coffee orders. Also, if you gave a wrong address at the time of purchase, we are unable to cancel your order. We make arrangements to ship your coffee as soon as we receive your order, which makes cancellation difficult. As for the accessories, we check them before shipping to you. Hence, the items shipped to you are not refundable, unless some serious faults were detected which we were unable to pick up at the time of inspection. In-Store Purchases:
Please inspect all items in your order for accuracy. Prepared coffee and food are sold "as is" and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For packaged coffee or accessors, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, only if the item is unused, unopened and undamaged. Proof of purchase is required. Customers can choose between a cash or credit refund.
